M.A.N.D.Y. REUNITE AT LAUNCH OF NEW NYC VENUE - SLATE BASEMENT

Mad Not Mad is pleased to announce the reunion  of lifelong friends Patrick Bodmer and PhilippJung as M.A.N.D.Y. this Friday September 28th at Slate, NYC to celebrate the launch of a very special new venue in NYC!

It has been over 3 years since M.A.N.D.Y. performed as a duo in NYC, producing incredible electronic music by consistently selecting productions that induce their audience into a somatic frenzy. On the platform of their aptly titled Get Physical label, M.A.N.D.Y. has achieved massive success in colluding to create music that simply makes bodies move.

Joining M.A.N.D.Y. is special guest and friend Jimmy Vallance, one of the most exciting new acts to release on the boutique label Scissor and Thread.

As some of you know, Mad Not Mad has been quitely working behind the scenes to develop a new club in the basement of Slate at 54 West 21st Street, NYC. The venue has been remodeled, a state of the art Funktion One system installed along with some classy lighting. 

The vision shared by Mad Not Mad and Slate is to bring a breath of fresh air to NYC's EDM scene, targeting the more discerning of you who enjoy hearing premium talent play at an intimate setting with first class production. This is the soft launch of the club and your chance to see these Berlin legends reunite behind the decks in a shiny new environment.

Over the past few Mad Not Mad events great friendships have been made and I believe the last party lead to an engagement!

So, we decided to bring together some of our personal favorite DJ's for Mad Not Mad's first FREE party....and end of summer reunion if you like.

No limitations of guest, invites or tickets - just turn up and be nice to people and if you get really drunk, swim!

Responsible for one of the most memorable Radio One Essential Mix's in recent times with the SOS project. Demi has also been the driving force behind SOS compilations 'Balance 013' & 'Ministry of Sound presents SOS'; two timeless pieces that have a permanent residence on my phone.

Joining Demi is Loure feat. Pepe & Isaac who have been creating quite a name for themselves in NYC by producing sun kissed sets that have set the tone for some of the best parties this summer. If there was ever a time to turn up early to hear a warm up set then this is it because these guys are great!

Sasha "Never Say Never" Sunset Cruise - July 4th - NYC

Mad Not Mad presents the 2nd Annual Sasha - Never Say Never – Sunset Cruise for what is widely considered to be the most exclusive and magical event in the EDM calendar.

Never Say Never was created in Ibiza 2 years ago when Sasha took up a weekly residency at Ibiza’s Ushuaia. What is the Never Say Never Sunset Cruise? Simply put,  it’s the best party we can put together with no expense spared.

This is Sasha in curating mode, playing music that he loves, with DJ’s that inspire him on one of the largest Yachts available on the east coast on July 4th.  It’s his opportunity to do what he wants and play what he wants with a range of guests that he’s into. Never Say Never is a super exclusive party for people who are passionate about beautiful music.

This year we are lucky enough to have James Teej (My Favorite Robot) and Thugfucker (Life & Death) helping deliver the sound track to what is undoubtedly the best view of the Macy's fireworks anywhere in the city.  

Dinner and a Premium Open Bar are included + access to the official after party at a secret location. Last year Sunset cruise made all other parties seem rather pale and limp wristed so don't miss it this year.
